Ordering Processes and Tracking Time frames 


Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email receipt confirming your order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order/s to be dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified by email. Which will include all tracking details relating to your online purchase/s. Rest assured, if you haven't received a dispatch email notification our team are still working hard to get your product/s to you. We will of course keep you informed with any order information as updates become available.

Please Note: For all UK and European orders please allow between 7-14 business days to receive your item. While for all international orders please allow between 14-17 business days to receive your order.

During promotional and sale periods order dispatch time frames may be longer than specified above.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy


 

Here at Kyoto Pearl, we pride ourselves on our quality products and customer service, which ensures your Kyoto Pearl shopping experience is a great one. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return/exchange full sale pieces within 30 days of receiving the item.

Items will only be eligible for return/exchanges if returned in their original packaging, all tags attached and returned within 30 days of you receiving your item. 

Due to hygiene requirements, earrings and products of a pierced nature can only be returned if the safety seal on the packaging has not been tampered with. This is in accordance with the Consumer Goods Act, United Kingdom, 2015.

Please fill out, print and include the Kyoto Pearl Returns and Exchange Form with your returning item/s.

Once a refund or exchange has been processed you will receive a confirmation email stating the outcome of your exchange/refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Please Note: Once Kyoto Pearl has received your returned item/s, please allow for up to 5 business days for your refund or exchange request to be processed. If an exchange has been requested, please allow up to 14 business days for you to receive your new item.

The Kyoto Pearl Guarantee – 12 Month Warranty


Here at Kyoto Pearl we strive to deliver only the highest quality jewellery. That’s why you can rest at ease and know that all our products come with a 12 month manufacturing guarantee. In the rare instance that your item/s are faulty or do not meet the acceptable fit for purpose criteria. We will gladly offer an exchange, credit note or refund.

Please state the reasons for return on your packing slip with your returning item/s, state the faulty problem with your piece of jewellery and proof of purchase receipt.

Please Note: In some cases where the manufacturer feels there is no manufacturing fault, they may offer to repair the faulty item at your cost. If you accept the offer you will be required to pay for the repair before we instruct the manufacturer to proceed.
